Honours
The League was founded in 1931 and has operated ever since except for a gap during World War II from 1939 to 1947. At its peak there were about 60 teams in membership.
As with most other local leagues in the country, membership has declined over the past 30 years and there is now a single division of nine teams.
The League’s main activity is the promotion of a weekly team league competition during the winter season.

At the end of the season the Slough Masters Tournament is a prestigious event for which the top eight players in the League qualify by virtue of their performances during the season.
The League also endeavours to organise Slough Closed Championships events, singles and doubles, towards the end of each season.
